The child is currently not enrolled in school and has 7 unexcused absents. The child was expelled from Forrest County Agriculture because of fighting and was supposed to be transferred to Hattiesburg High. The reporter stated Ms. Peterson has not completed the transfer because she cant take off work. Both the reporter and witness have spoken with Ms. Peterson about Asia’s absents and she told them she is not going to miss work to take the child to be enrolled. The reporter has concerns that the child is a victim of educational neglect.
