English 99 In "English 99," Frank Gannon shows himself to be an inadequate teacher through his narcissism and unethical morality. Frank's Gannon's poor qualities clearly make him a substandard teacher. One of his lousy features include his self-centered behavior. For instance, Frank Gannon often arrived to class late, leaving his students "waiting outside the room." He also neglected to grade his students' papers correctly because what he wrote in the margins seems like "a stupid thing to write" or he just simply doesn't want to.
