Introduction
In the past, everytime a citizen dials 9/11, he or she expect that their emergency will be taken seriously and immediately. Law enforcement officers raced to our aid, while calling the ambulance crews to provide medical assistance. We take this expectation of a law enforcement as a blessing because of their commitment, dedication, and skills. Law enforcement officer focus on protecting people and property within the community. They patrol the areas that they are assigned, which include the entire jurisdictions, respond to disturbance calls, make arrests, and enforce laws. Police officer’s behavior have changed rapidly throughout the past, which led to police brutality. Police brutality have cause innocent people to live in fear and it broken the trust between the community and criminal justice system. People questioned on their methods and qualification based on if they are unsteady or just alittle?

Unethical behavior has lost the trust with a police officer after unexplained method that they have use on innocent people. Researchers stated only 56 percent of people can trust a law enforcement officers, while only 84 percent for nurses (Martin, 2011). Furthermore, police officers receive the proper training and guidelines in order to perform their normal day-to-day tasks. Researchers believed that supervisor does not get involved with their subordinates unless a complaint was filed against the officer and are not aware on the mentoring they giving to their young
