Every day around the globe, people come face to face with discrimination, whether it is race, religion, gender, or anything that can consider someone different that another. The people who face inequality almost constantly in their lifetimes, are women. There are laws that make women act like second class citizens. One of the most considerable discrimination they go through is unequal gender pay. Women who get the same college degree as men, tend to receive different pay for the same occupations. When a woman possesses a family to support, receiving less money than men, really hurts their family. Also, men are considered physically stronger than women so they get larger paychecks.
