I am applying to Underwood International College because my research indicates that your Culture and Design Management (CDM) program is outstanding and will provide me with the best possible preparation to enter this field.
One of the reasons that attracts me the most to this college is the diversity. I have always wished to attend an international college and from a young age have wanted to pursue a career in the Design field. I am also interested in technology and culture and your program fits the bill perfectly for me.
I believe studying with people from all over the world, being in a foreign country with completely different culture from mine will help me grow as a person and will inspire me to be even more creative. Also, South Korea is one of the top places to study design and technology. …show more content…
My hard work has paid off. I have already experienced being a foreign student, moving to Spain, I had to learn three new languages at the same time. Skipping one grade and jumping directly into a higher one, I managed to get on track quickly and moved forward.
As an extra curricular activity I have taken art classes where I learned different techniques.
These endeavors make me a great fit for UIC Yonsei. At this college, I am sure I ca tame my creativity to the next level. Through the Culture and Design Management I plan to achieve my goal to become a creative director with my own company one day and to be known for my design and creativeness. I am sure that this program will provide me with the knowledge and tools to enable me to achieve my future ambitions.
