One of the four children’s research rights is to keep the children 's privacy. The observer has to keep all concealment of identity of the child and all of the information that is collected. As a result, Chloe was the fake name I give the child I was observing. Chloe is a two year old Caucasian girl. She has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. Chloe is a very social, active, and also independent girl. Chloe plays with her friends and classmates, but she seems to also enjoy playing and doing things on her own as well.

There are sensitive periods during the child’s growth and development so it is important for child to get the right nutrition and rest. Children under the age of two need extra calories to keep their rapidly developing organs functioning properly. Both their brain and body are rapid growing. Parents and the teacher have to make sure children are eating healthy. Children need to eat fruits and different kinds of vegetables. Sometime the child may not like a particular kind of food and may not want to eat it. It would help the child if the parent and teacher admire the food and tell the child why it was important. That most likely help the child accept the new food after repeated. For example, Chloe did not like oranges and would refuse to eat it, so the teacher would tell her that it was good for her and the teacher would point out how her friends seem to enjoy it. Little by little Chloe started to eat her fruit and now she eat all of her oranges. Children also need to get eight to twelve hours of sleep to help with their physical growth as well. Getting the right amount of rest will help the child have more energy, which they can then use to play and explore where thing around …show more content…
They had old cell phones that did not work, which was provided by the school. June was playing with the phone when it fell out of her hand and fell to the floor. June looked for it, but could not find it so Chloe then started to help. Chloe was able to find it under June’s chair. She bent down under the table, stretched out her hand and was able the grab the phone. She then handed the phone back to June and started playing again. Chloe was pretending to call her mother by dialing the numbers with her fingers and then puts it back on her ear to talk to her
