After many years of my parents being together, their love languages began to fade more and more. What I saw missing the most in my parents relationship was that they did not show their love physically. In the writings of “Understanding The Five Love Languages,”, the author Gary Chapman explains how marriages should constantly build love by stating “ In marriage, the love language of physical touch includes everything from putting a hand on your mate's shoulder as you walk by, touching his or her leg as you're driving together, and holding hands while you're walking to kissing, embracing and sexual intercourse.” I feel that my parents should be participating in these kind of actions because it could help lead to a healthier marriage for us
