I do agree that understanding the body system is the foundation of understand other health conditions and diseases. If we have some knowledge about our body systems, then we will be able to take care of ourselves a little bit better. In the society that we lived today, we tend to overworked ourselves and have stresses in our lives that we end up getting sick and still go to work or school instead of resting our body. Our body is amazing on how to recover itself if we will treat our body better. For me, I was able to take anatomy and physiology to understand the human body.
