Likewise, it focuses on the role that knowledge of a foreign language allows a learner to participate within a community either inside of the educational institution itself or outside it. The point is that the teacher 's primary purpose of inspiring students to learn and use a new language makes it easy to form a community around the learning itself. This standard highlights the importance of getting off to a positive start when learning a foreign language. Everybody lives in a diversity of communities; respectively one interconnects with others and leads on to still others. From those communities, we can bring resources into our classroom to enrich the language practices and the cultural experiences of our learners. Through the survey of alien languages, students discover new communities and interact with people practicing their new tongue. Language study opens the doors to a different civilization, permitting us to relate in a personal way with individuals and foundations in the new residential neighborhood. Knowledge of other languages and cultures also opens the door to many types of leisure activities. At this point is where they will be able to test what they have been learning in class. It is also at this time, in the community, where they can be astonished and inspired by how their new acquired language works for them. This setting is less planned and possibly less safe for practicing one’s language skills, but it is in the public space where students lastly make the language their own. As a teacher, I need to provide them with the critical tools and educate my pupils about the potentials and options of communicating with their second language in forthcoming careers outside the classroom. Nationwide, these days, is a demand for a labor force that can communicate efficiently in a language other than English. Our country needs persons that are not just monolingual, but if they are bilinguals or multilingual is even better. Many of these career opportunities are in the private and public areas in several workplaces regions. As our nation industries spread to domestic and international markets, their workforces and particularly students who are proficient in other languages will greatly benefit from having this additional skill. These abilities will allow them to obtain facts straight from other countries, and to take part in face-to-face consultations in legislative and commercial
