When you think about underage drinking, what do you see? Is the scene you see one of intoxication and violence? If so, you are not alone, but this does not have to be true. I believe that Responsible Underage drinking is something that can happen and if we lower the drinking age to 18, there will be more time to teach teens how to handle alcohol responsibly. This nation is entering a time of great change-maybe this law should change with it.
