The potential role that unconscious biases play in a workplace is the ability to lock out talented potential employees who might contribute greatly to the growth and expansion of a business. A workplace where unconscious biases are deeply rooted does not reflect fairness in workers. Unconscious biases determine, who comes and who does not come in the workplace. The role of approving certain types of people as fit and out rightly denying others the opportunity based on their physical appearance, gender, and sexual orientation is among the leading roles that unconscious biases play in a workplace.
