Unbalanced hormones aren’t just problems for teenagers and older people. Hormones are our body’s control center. They are the chemical messengers that are created in the endocrine glands. These messengers control most major bodily functions, like hunger, reproduction, emotions and mood. As we age, environmental chemicals and processed foods can alter our hormones, causing a disruption of that delicate balance hormonal balance. Unbalance hormones can make it hard to lose weight,get pregnant, feel happy and increase your risk of certain cancers and other chronic diseases.
