A few weeks ago you assigned us the “Un-Random Acts of Kindness” project to go with the book we finished, “The Five People You Meet in Heaven”. At first, I didn’t understand why we were given this prompt for our project. After completing the novel, I realized the connection you were trying to make. The primary message the book was sending is that we are all connected through one way or another. Performing a random act of kindness, or a planned random act of kindness, can connect us to another person we might have not met if it weren’t for that one moment.
Now, I could’ve offered to bring someone’s groceries to their car or put the cart they’d been using back in it’s proper place, but I did not. Instead of talking to a stranger, which I’m not
