As employed into the highest and popular store in the U.S., economic moat plays a big part for my daily work basis. The company was formerly known as Ulta Salon, Cosmetics and Fragrance, Inc. and changed its name to Ulta Beauty, Inc. in January 2017 was the one of the bigger growing in U.S. Since it was founded 1990, Ulta Beauty opens 1,000 stores around the U.S. and with number of 21,700 employees. As business perspective, Ulta Beauty is maintaining competitive advantage over its competitors (Nordstrom and Sephora) and the store also continuing their services that is similar to those offered by other competitors and, at the same time, outperform those other competitors in profit.
