Sharing-economy company’s issue always happened in our life. In the article, “Uber’s Plan to Keep Driver Complaints Out of Court” by Joel Rosenblatt. The author states that a serious of problems between Uber and Uber drivers caused by the interests. For example, Uber driver’s classification problem and the company violate the labor law. Because of they cannot get the agreement in these problem, they in order to protect their own benefits, they have to through court to solve a serious of problems. Actually, all of the problems are come from whether company should keep the sharing economy business model or not. Because of it directs influence on the power and benefits distribution. Therefore, it is hard to make a decision whether keep the original business method, or change it to a new one.

Uber in order to maximize their own benefits, they choose to decrease their drivers benefits and even take some of their benefits. Actually, it is not fair for Uber to put all of the money into their own pocket. The reason for that is Uber is a sharing economy company, they should share their benefit with their employees. Uber drivers also have the right to sue Uber in order to maintain their own benefits. Because of the company has already taken of their right and benefits. Lawsuit is a legal weapon that they can use to protect their rights and benefits. Therefore, if Uber want to maximize their benefits legally and avoid unnecessary troubles, Uber need to change their original business
