Uber is an American technology organization/company founded by Garret Camp and Travis Kalanick in March 2009 ("The Uber Story"). The company has its headquarters situated in San Francisco, California and aims to provide its services and products to al, its clients in America and the entire globe. Being a public company, Uber has grown and developed in the United States, as well as, the entire globe to achieve a revenue of $6.5 billion by the year 2016 with a net income of $2.8 billion ("The Uber Story"). As the company prepares to indulge in the international market environment, the technological applications adopted by the business organization reveal a prosperous future for the Company especially in the modern business environment.

Proposed Question
The sexual harassment issue within Uber is a killer disease to the overall growth and development of the business organization especially in the current business environment. Therefore, to provide a reliable and efficient solution to the problem the research study proposes the following question in a Travis perspective;
“Ethical, Moral, and professional behaviour consist of the key personal traits required in the current and future business environments ("Uber Fires 20 Employees After Sexual Harassment Claim Investigation").
