My utmost challenging experience working within a team is working with other Diversity and Inclusion interns on a USTA marketing project. The USTA requested that all ten Diversity and Inclusion interns, including myself, must partake in a marketing project. The goal of the marketing project was to make tennis more popular among people who are younger 40 years old. As expected, all of the interns were surprised by this challenge and it was a daunting challenge as we still had our work obligations to our respective department. After overcoming our astonishment, my team started to designate roles with how we were going to complete this project and presentation. Therefore, I had decided to nominate myself to work on budgeting/scheduling for this team effort as I wanted to offer my team my skills of management and number crunching. After holding weekly video conferences with my team, I actively participated in the discussion of our solution which will be called Take-two Tennis, which was based on the popularity of Cardio tennis. Following my role, I had created a two tier system, one tailed to traditional members who wanted a rigid class structure, the other system was a pay-by-class model. Also, I spent a significant amount of time figuring out expenditures and how to take-two tennis fit within the $75,000 budget the USTA was willing to
