During the fall/winter 2013 terms, my grades were dramatically impacted by the imbalance of school, work, and home life. Before these terms, I was struggling with my own mental health, and sought out help at the York University Counseling and Disability Centre. Where I had four months of counseling with Susan Yorke, while I was attending summer school. In August 2013, I experienced a fire in the York University village on Applebaum Terrace, that lead me to unstable living conditions and being in between York U housing.
