USA Internet was founded by Bobby J. Net. As an employee of USA Internet since 1995, Gerald Cannon approached the owner about acquiring the company since Mr. Net was wanting to retire and settle down in Florida. Mr. Net and Gerald worked out all of the details and the company was acquired. After his graduation from Strayer University with a BS in Computer Information Gerald used this knowledge to take the company from (5) five employees to over (20) twenty by 2015. The company has grown from having customers in over 250 locations to over 3000 locations. With this explosive grown Gerald Cannon has been the backbone and Chief Information Officer for USA Internet. They offer a flat-rate service, that includes unlimited internet usage, to smaller plans that offer smaller gigs of internet usage. This method gives the customer the best options that fits their needs and budget. USA Internet would like to explore expanding out its footprint to other locations. This would allow USA Internet to move into some promising area such as cloud computing and storage offers. This would also allow them to grow, while keeping cost down while staying abreast with the newest technology offerings. We provide support to install, configure & optimize the aftermarket devices such as routers, switches, and modems as part of our business model. This allows business to spend less time using Google while trying to figure out the correct configurations of those devices, which allows them to manage their business and not their technology needs. We offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) agree with local businesses in regards to their internet portion of their company. This has been a very profitable area of our company and it has us exploring the need to look into outsourcing a call center to some of the larger companies in the area. Since we are in a rural area of the country where some of our customers are still using dial up service, we are in the process of laying fiber down to move those customer into the 2015 era of technology. Typically, a call center has the ability to handle a considerable volume of calls at the same time, to screen calls and forward them to someone qualified to handle them, and to log calls. For this business idea to work we would need to establish a commission rate with the call centers so that we would receive a commission on those customers who allow for USA Internet to be the middle man in this transaction. We would also like to explore the options of partnering with Google to provide a solution to their massive pipes that bring the internet to various parts of the world. We also would like to look into storage needs of companies by partnering with companies that provide storage of your records or documents that are generated on the computer. This allows us to offer secure way along with a low cost solutions for offsite storage from their facility for such records and documents. This is such a broad area now that ninety nine percent of all business are needing to use computers in their daily functions. Comprehensive tools for patient records management, from healthcare to loan companies.
