The United States Army requires many jobs for many different people. The retirement age for the US Army is sixty-two for officers. The US military requires one to be physically fit and there are many health risks involved including possible death. A person must be in good moral standing, but no personality traits are required.
A person should be training their body and mind for the challenges to come as well as finishing school, especially if they want to join the special forces. A person must have a high school diploma or equivalent to join the military (“Enlisted Soldiers”). The special forces require a minimum of a high school diploma, no equivalent. To get into the actual military, one will have to complete basic training.
