A part of life is failing, but without failure one cannot gain new insight and learn from their mistakes. With the UCLA Women's Volleyball team part of my job is creating new in-game activities to engage the crowd and keep their energy level up. I thought it would be a great idea to have fans take selfies of themselves cheering on the team, tagging the photos on twitter with #USeeLAFans, and tweet the photos with the hashtag to the team's official twitter account. The best pictures (of those accounts that are following the team's account) will be retweeted and displayed throughout the match on the big screen video boards; and the best picture of the night would receive a free UCLA Women's Volleyball fan package with free t-shirts and tickets,
