What makes a sushi restaurant unique? What draws customers to a great dining experience? There are a plethora of sushi restaurants that would be fine for business meetings. Does it matter? Yes, because not all sushi restaurants are the same. There are plenty of advantages and flaws to each establishment. From succulent shrimp tempura rolls to savory salmon rolls, sushi has something for everyone who enjoys seafood. For meetings, Benihana and U-Sushi are the first restaurants that come to my mind. Both restaurants may offer the same niche dining experience, but Behinana's lively food, service, and atmosphere sets it worlds apart from U-Sushi. Benihana offers more than just sushi; the menu takes a broader approach to Japanese cuisine. The food is far from bland; in fact, every bite is full of flavor and excitement. There's traditional sushi and Japanese alcoholic beverages such as sake. For example, my favorite meal at Behinana's consists of crab, cream cheese, and seaweed tempura in a spicy chili sauce, topped with spicy crab and shrimp. It also includes a few dishes most Americans are accustomed to, such as Filet minion. Even though the menu is primarily focused on Japanese cuisine, there are still options for everyone. Gisela once reviewed and said the following: "I really wanted to like this place because they are super nice. But no, I can't say I liked it. The service was good. They are very nice but I think that the food needs some improvement." And I couldn't agree with her assessment more. At times the staff can be quite timid, and they take too long to acknowledge you. There are not many people working up front, and only one or two people greet you. Most of the time employees are preparing or delivering sushi to-go. That is probably why the restaurant is very slow placed. Each time I visited, there were only two to three customers
