This particular reading was very useful; it actually helped relive some of my anxiety as I approach my U-100 meetings. It helped me learn about the art of helping. Therefore, by doing this reading and learning about the different aspects of being a helper, I was able to feel more at ease with myself. It made me realize that been an helper is a life long journey and one needs to be less self critical when we face certain obstacles during or development as helpers. Furthermore, the reading offers ways in which we can accelerate our progress as helpers.
