Context: This happened when Bran was dreaming that he was talking to a crow and he is falling somewhere. The crow was convincing how to fly and not to cry. Bran was so scared and still, the crow was teaching him how to fly and be brave. The crow taught him how to fly and then Bran said that he was falling and he was so scared. The crow told him these words so that Bran will realize that he could go through it.
Analysis: This was expressing that every person needs to experience failure to learn some lesson. He needs to be brave so he can face his fears. This is very significant because of what happened to Bran. He did not just fell because he climbed the tower, he fell because he was pushed.
