Tyrell's Effectiveness

In this paper the client’s name is Tyrell and he is thirty years old and he works at a well-respected law firm, where he works as a clerk at the firm. Tyrell, is African-American male and he is homosexual. He just recently graduated from law school two years ago and is well on his way starting his career. At this job, he works long hours and the job is very demanding. Tyrell sometimes goes several days without sleep, because of his job and the demand that it carries. Tyrell is romantically involved with his partner James. James can empathize with Tyrell on the demanding job, because he knows how it feels to push the limits to get recognized in a career.
James recognized that Tyrell was pushing the limits and suggested that they go on a vacation. During the vacation James thought it would be a good time to just unwind and relax; however, Tyrell had other ideas. Tyrell seemed to be hyper the being of the vacation. Tyrell seemed like he did not belong amongst the travelers and James would make justifications for Tyrell’s actions and Tyrell seemed agitated.
While at dinner in the fourth day of the vacation Tyrell’s behavior went to another level at dinner. During dinner, he got angry and started criticizing the waiter because of

The Self-Harm Behavior Questionnaire (SHBQ) is another self-harm assessment that test suicidal ideations and nonlethal self-harm behaviors, according to Fleige et., al.
