Some of its features are fatigue, irresistible sleepiness and usual sleep or wake schedules. A couple went for a vacation to Rome; their plane departed at 8:00 P.M, from New York. They aboard just in time for dinner, and after three hours, at 11:00 P.M (New York time) the lights were turned off and they assumed for them to go to sleep. But they couldn’t sleep because it was very uncomfortable. At 3:00 A.M (still New York time), they woke up to fill passport forms and have breakfast, at the same time lights were turned on. When they finally got to the hotel, they checked in by 1:00 P.M Rome time, but 7:00 A.M in New York time. They decide to take a tour through Rome and make the most of the day. After they got back to the hotel, they felt a vast fatigue, so they choose to take a nap before dinner.
