In the first week we got introduced to what EI exactly is and what you can do with this knowledge if you master it. Hereafter we got introduced to 16 types of persons based on Myers-Briggs theory. Myers-Briggs theory is simple a theory that is based on some character identifiers of all person types. With this theory you can identify which type you are and provides you the ability predict your actions in a situation. With this you can become a master in every situation over your actions and further more how to react to other people actions. By learning about the 16 types I compiled the four “letters” INTJ which fits my preferences. This is the second week of this course and we had to write an essay of what we have learned so far and bring it in to practice by projecting our preferences in several situations.

Surprisingly the result is the same as the first week. I think it lies in the fact that I strongly know what I want. This is also one of the characteristics of the INTJ profile type.
INTJ stands for Introvert, Intuition, Thinking and Judgement.
Introvert means that I prefer to spend time by myself, for myself.
Intuition means that I often take actions based on feeling, knowing instantly what to do without too much reasoning.
Thinking means that I’m constantly thinking about the future and how to improve something.
Judgement means that I prefer to plan for life and also strongly know what I…
