Type B Personality Essay

There are three different types of personality. The three different types are Type A, Type B, and Type C. The characteristics for Type A are competiveness, ambitious, sensitive, impatient, proactive, workaholics, tend to keep everything in, and take more than they can at a time. People with this personality tend to live a more stressful life and can are exposed to having diseases such as, having heart problems, diabetes, high cholesterol, and possibly asthma. The characteristics for Type B are laid back, calm, enjoy achievement, work steadily, patience, tend to disregard better physical and mental stress, enjoy exploring, and usually come up with ideas. People with this personality focus more on enjoying, having fun in the game rather than winning. This personality is sociable and likes to help others. Finally, the characteristics for Type C are pleasing others before yourself, well focused, and sometimes can be stressed. Type C personality is a mixture of Type A and Type B. According to the tests I have taken on the first attempt, based on my results, I have a strong Type B personality with a few characteristics of Type A. I came to the conclusion that I scored lower on the second attempt because I was in two different attitudes taking the test. In my first attempt I was in a good mood, and on my second attempt I was moody. This is a good example of having a personality mixture of Type A and Type B. It is important to take the tests twice to make sure approximately where one stands. Taking these tests can help one know a little about their personality and what personality type they have. Although, some things can be
