The Keirsey Temperament Sorter Results indicated that my personality type is that of the
Guardians which states that I am the type of person who makes sure that the family needs are being met. The one who likes to take control and make sure that things are going as planned benefiting the people around me. Guardians like to be the leaders of groups such as in the family, school, communities or work. I identify myself as having a Guardians temperament because I am the type of person who likes to have fun with my friends. At the same time take care of my responsibilities and duties. I am believe in change but I also believe that it needs to be done slowly because if things are rushed then there is a higher possibility of failure. I believe this is important in my career because I have to think about things before acting out on them. I have to be careful with the way I say things to people because it will make a difference in their lives. It is better to take things slowly if we want it things done correctly. Just like Guardians I believe that having a daily routine is essential because it helps to be organized and it gets the work done faster. I believe this is important because my career requires me to follow a certain schedule and it requires for me to be self-discipline and prepared. I believe that wanting to become a therapist is the right career for me to pursue because I genuinely care about the people around me. All these traits that Guardians have just like myself can be beneficial in a career because they each bring an important asset in the field of psychology. I am believe that the results I receive are accurate because they have help me understand my personality. I am able to understand why I am the way I am, why I say things and why I act like I act. It is satisfying to know that these traits will help me become a better person in the profession I have chosen to
