Type A Behavior Analysis

A type A behavior pattern is characterized by a fast-paced lifestyle, extreme competitiveness, or aggression. Type A individuals are strongly associated with the development of coronary heart disease, because they are constantly trying to accomplish multiple tasks concurrently, in the shortest amount of time and other extreme tasks. These individuals can be very self-critical, experience a constant since of urgency when dealing with tasks and time management, and have been known to be easily angered or hostile. After reading the different qualities of a Type A individual, I do possess some of these qualities in a minor fashion. For example, I do set goals for certain tasks I need to accomplish and always feel like I need to move more quickly
