Type 2 diabetes is often asymptomatic, and it is the most prevalent form of diabetes. In the early stage, type 2 diabetes manifestation is unpredictable; therefore, it can remain undiagnosed for many years. According to the American Diabetes Association, there are 30.3 million adults with diabetes, 23.1 million were diagnosed, and the remaining 7.2 million were undiagnosed; therefore, this program is for the 7.2 million who would die or lost limbs from diabetes complication before they can have a chance to undergo any treatment.
