The service projects I participated in had their ups and downs. One of my least enjoyable things about them was when people were rude or mean towards the work we were doing. For example, after an event in SCA, instead of getting constructive criticism, we received comments such as "This dance sucked." These types of comments were annoying, not because they didn't like it, but because they didn't give a reason or solution to help us make it "not suck" for next time. At the festivals, the least enjoyable part was dealing with the impatient parents. I was trying my best to handle a group of families by myself and sometimes I fell behind which caused the line to be longer. None of the parents directly said anything to me but by their body language and the few things I overheard, I could tell they were annoyed with how I was running things. I didn't like this because I just wanted them to understand how overwhelmi8ng this actually was for me. Although these instances were a bit upsetting, they taught me important
