Skin is the largest organ of the body. It is the outer part covering of the body that separates human body and the environment, which acts as a barrier, protects our body against infections, toxic substances and UV-radiation (Fuchs & Raghavan, 2002). Epidermis is the top and the outermost layer of the skin, which contains two types of cells: skin cells (basal and squamous) and pigment producing cells (melanocytes). Cancer is a group of disease in which cells develop the ability to grow out of control that can spread and interfere with the other parts of the body.
