In the article “Two Students, Two Worlds”, Mitchell Landsherg writes about two different teenagers from two very different worlds one attends La Canada High being Kyle, and Henry attends Jefferson High. Although they only live 20 miles apart Kyle, has vastly more opportunities in school with extracurricular activities/classes, and his school having a “Close to zero dropout rate” because of his community being proactive in his school.
