It is a toy product company that was founded in 2002 and is focused on providing complete and innovative services to consumers and businesses with 250 locations across North America. Our customer base consists of retail consumers. Twinkling Toys has its head office in Vancouver, B.C.
Twinkling Stars is currently accepting proposals to design and prepare a new corporate website. The existing Twinkling Toys web site was developed and launched in 2003. Twinkling Toys has realized that to continue growing in a competitive environment an effective web presence is essential. 4. FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. The website must have consistent options for navigating through different modules and general information/home page.
2. The website must allow registered as well non-registered users to browse through products offered by Twinkling Toys.
3. The website must allow the user to select one or more products for checkout.
4. The website must allow the user to save one or more products in the wish list.
5. The website must allow search and filter by Brand Names, Price Range, Key Words, Characters, and Toy Category.
6. The website must have search feature to search through an entire website with keywords or phrases.
7. The website must support user to set-up a gift registry and allow other users to search the registry and purchase the items from the created gift registry.
8. The website must support Live Chat functionality.
9. The website must provide users with a space to submit any feedback about the website, services and information
