Twin Size Bed: A Case Study

Per Reporter:
Isabelle fell out of a twin size bed on 11-25-17. Isabelle's hit her head on the tile floor. Isabelle's mother (Kelly) picked up Isabelle off the floor and begun shaking her and telling her "if she does not go to sleep she was going to die." It is unknown if Isabelle has any bruises or injuries. Isabelle sleeps with Kelly in a twin size bed. Kelly has no other furniture in her home, beside a pack a play for Isabelle. Isabelle has thurst. Kelly gives Isabelle sprite and yogurt. Kelly also fed Kelly her formula from her WIC. Kelly did take Isabelle to the doctor today (11-27-17) for her thrust, but it unknown if she told the doctor about Isabelle failing out of bed. Kelly is schizophrenia. Kelly was taking medication (unknown).
