Tyler Joesph wrote the song “Car Radio” using a lot of symbolism. The whole song “Car Radio” symbolizes the struggle he has been through in life. In lines 14 and 15, it says “I find it hard to hide it. My pride is no longer inside” which states that he's been hiding it and now he is forced to face it since somebody stole his car radio. Tyler Joesph was in college and hated his life and was not happy with what he was doing. Tyler Joesph was heading to class in a rush because he was late and forgot to lock his door and someone broke in and stole his car radio.
