The second traditional medicine is turmeric. Turmeric also often we use as one of the complementary spices of our cuisine. However, turmeric was also usable as a first aid to reduce the fever of our children. We can actually give our children medicine from doctors, but it would be nice if we do not give our children too many chemicals. Better if we provide traditional medicine that has no side effects on our children.
Inside turmeric there are essential oil compounds, curcumin, zingiberen and turmeron that serves as an antioxidant and also as an antibacterial that can reduce fever in children.
