Damaged baggage/missing possessions
If you notice that your baggage is damaged at the airport, then contact the Lost Property Office. Your general information will be recorded and a “Damaged baggage and/or missing possessions report” will be issued.
If you notice your baggage is damage or missing after you have left the airport, then go to the baggage irregularity report. Follow-up the page within 7 days and make a notification of your missing or lost baggage.
Compensation for expenses incurred due to missing baggage:
The airline will write a lost baggage report and offer you the essential need pack if the reason of your missing baggage is whatever. If you received your baggage late, you can make a claim via the baggage irregularity report. You must make your claim within 21 days of receiving your baggage.
Misplaced baggage
The airline keeps a record of all your property, weather you left it behind in aircraft, service counters, or at the Lounge. Contact the airline to find out the latest status of your lost property.
