Working at Network Ltd is a great pleasure for me. Since joining our company five years ago, I have had the opportunity to work in an engaging work environment, and nice colleagues. As an employee of our company, I am also aware of the company’s growth and development. Therefore, I think that the tuition reimbursement program (TRP) can be a breakthrough for our company.

Why Network should implement a tuition reimbursement program?

Learning never stops, and people should not be satisfied with the knowledge they have. Network Ltd has a lot of employees that are capable and always know how to achieve the best results in their work. They continuously strive for progress in work. They are also willing to help and teach each other to achieve their combined goals. If our company has a tuition reimbursement program, I think we can more attract and retain talents. This program is available for all employees, who want to get better in future work. However, we also expect employees to use this program will study seriously. Grades will be the most practical way of assessment. For example, “C” grade average in order to receive full reimbursement when they take classes. Besides, we may limit five years is a typical restricted period for external courses.

In summary, the benefits of the tuition reimbursement program are huge compared to the cost of tuition the company incurs to employees attend external courses. Not only giving a chance for employees to improve their skills, our company also makes employees feel better about working for us. It shows that we are concerned about their futures. If they even are not thinking about educational opportunities, they still happy because they know that they always have a chance for it in the future. A happy worker is a productive
