While Morrie is dying, he decided to die with dignity. “He would not wither. He would not be ashamed of dying. Instead, he would make death his final project, the center point of his days” (Albom, 1997, p. 4). Morrie, decided to live his last days teaching others about death. He realized that people often are afraid of dying; his project was to show everyone that death is a part of life. Since most of the humans denied that death is the end of a cycle. “In fact, Freud recognized that although death was natural, undeniable, and unavoidable, people behave as though it would occur only to others; that is they will die, but not me” (Hooyman & Kiyak, 2010, p. 555). Although, death is a normal part of life, some people act as it will never happen, but the truth is that since the minute a baby is born his/her time is counting. The time an individual is in this word is uncertain, no one knows how long they will live. Therefore, folks who have the opportunity to know how much time they have left in this world like Morrie, ought to consider themselves as lucky. That decision can depend on many reasons, but one of the main one is poor health. As people get older their health declines unfortunately, this adds to the idea of killing themselves to avoid the sorrow. Sadly due to this issue the raise of death has gone up over the years. In contrast, with this point there is the topic of existence. As it was pointed out it is difficult to make a choice when it comes to live or die. Regardless of all the difficulties a chronic disease comes with several of old people prefer to have the last chance to say goodbye than simply stop a cycle. In the book Tuesday with Morrie: an old man, a young man, and life’s greatest lesson, Morrie Schwartz, shows how it is better to wait for the inescapable and to live the last days teaching others about death. Additionally, another important point is the emotional aspect of the two decisions. Whatever the decision is, seniors will be in distress which can make the difference in their final existence in this planet. In
