Tuck Everlasting Literary Analysis Have you ever started a book, and you think, “What’s the point of this?” Well, every book contains a point or a theme. Tuck Everlasting contains quite a few themes. One of them is loyalty because Winnie Foster broke her own parent’s trust just so she could protect the Tuck family. Another theme in this book is kindness. I see kindness in the book because Mae cares for Winnie like a daughter, and not many people these days do that. The last theme is courage, for the Tucks do whatever it takes to care for each other. You may disagree with me, but I vow to prove to you these themes are truly the heart of Tuck Everlasting.

Winnie really shows loyalty in Tuck Everlasting, for example in the book Winnie says, “ I came because I wanted to .” Hear that, Winnie breaks her parent’s trust just so she can protect the Tuck family, and if that is not pure loyalty I don’t know what is.
