To address rising overhead and decreased enrollments, the institution could hire adjunct (part time) professors to support an online degree program. Online programs offer the student flexibility in schedules and online tools. This course of action could also increase enrollments at the international level. Since the institution already offers business related courses, it would be sensible to restructure the current programs to encompass business studies. Addressing the lack of structured undergraduate business programs, students interested in pursuing liberal arts studies could have the option to add a minor in business relations (International business, operations, logistics and finance). Although competition exists for MBA programs from the adjacent urban area, Strutledge has a business advantage of community focus and positive reputation.
