1. Many individuals proudly proclaim their willingness and desire to become better, but it is generally only the truly exceptional ones that transform that desire to meaningful and directed action. The cleverest amongst us are those that fully immerse themselves in continuously learning on a daily basis, while understanding that true learning is more than mere book learning, but requires utilizing the information and concepts learned, gaining experience using them, and transforming his training to learning, his learning to experience, the experience to expertise, the expertise to knowledge, and that knowledge to valuable and usable wisdom.
