My overall impression of the book …show more content…
They are expecting their first child and getting married soon. Jeremy made a sacrifice for Lexie, he moved down to Boone Creek, NC and left everything he ever had in New York. He left his family and friends, just for Lexie. In the story, he is having trouble writing columns for his job, which puts him over the edge. Him and Lexie are also having trouble with their marriage. At First Sight that will keep you on the edge and you will never expect what happens in the end of the book to the characters.
Many things about this book strike me as noteworthy, the sequence of events and what happens to the characters definitely make the book great. I can remember when Jeremy and Lexie fighting on Lexie’s front porch and when they were getting a sonogram on their baby most vividly. I think the book did convey the author’s purpose of giving a love story for readers to read with mystery. I developed feelings for the characters just as if they were people in real life. I started caring for them and got upset if something happened to
