The limitations that troubleshooting and repair process can have in an organisation is cost, time allocation, access to building, data security and the skill set of technicians. These can cause the troubleshooting and repair process to become disorganized and start to be a bigger problem for the company than intended, in this unit I will explain the problems that can occur.
IT mean Information Technology.
Cost (budget)
If the company decides to put a budget on the IT (information technology) department it can help boost cash inflow for the business but eventually lower the quality of the companies computing systems such as being outdated, not being able to afford new software or not being able to run new software, systems breaking down and workers in the IT department becoming unmotivated. By having a budget, the IT department will be able to buy new computers, printers and other systems for the business but if the IT department starts to run out of money in their budget and computers start breaking down all the time then the IT technicians won’t be able to afford new computers and be stressed out that they will have to try and fix outdated,

So he or she would have to wait for tomorrow to come in and fix it. So that computer that hadn’t been fixed in the allocated time, a worker wouldn’t be able to work before the IT technician fixes it. This means a worker wouldn’t be doing their job and effectively losing money for the company all due to the IT technician having to wait till the next day to fix the problem with the computer.
