He describes how millennials make their lifestyle fit with their jobs. For instance, Millennials as feel that they are qualified to have the job that they want it. Also, they are such a reliable on their parents they even don’t care when they alter from job to job. Moreover, millennials desire their jobs and the workforce to be viable. Furthermore, assessment is an essential thing in millennial mind; they care a lot about this point in their job. Also, they want a positive team work in their jobs. The author used deep meaning of vocabulary in order to express his ideas about millennials. For example, he utilized “they have their parents to cushion them." Cushion means the cotton and materials that support the bellow to set but he used it as a metaphor to mean similar millennials when they rely on their parents. That is a strong word according to me as international student. Also the word trophy is a word that means more spoiled and entitled which is another bad word to say it to millennials. Millennials want many things from their jobs. For instance, they want an optimistic workforce. Also, they are not responsible enough to be indecent because of that they never care about changing their jobs when they don’t like it. Moreover, they need a very obvious instruction on how to do their work. Furthermore, they consider themselves capable to get the job they want. They are also in need of assistance all the time.
