Tronsaune Hamilton Case

On Thursday 05/18/17 at 0137 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic at
13011 SE 309th PL in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Marie Hamilton, stated Fred Tronsaune, an exchange student living in her residence, came home intoxicated and assaulted a roommate,
Thanakrit Inkhaw, another exchange student. Hamilton stated Tronsaune had left the residence and stated he was going to 7/11 to buy cigarettes. Hamilton also mentioned Tronsaune said he was going to commit suicide by shooting himself, but she did not believe he had a gun.

While driving to the above address I located Tronsaune walking eastbound in the
13100 block of SE 312th ST. I asked Tronsaune what had happened with his roommates, and he told

I asked Tronsaune if he told his roommates he was going to shoot himself, and he said, "No, I'm just drunk." Tronsaune went on to say he was just walking home after buying cigarettes from 7/11.

Officer J. Michels and T. Minkler arrived and stayed with Tronsaune while I went to Hamilton's residence.

I contacted Hamilton, and the victim, Thanakrit Inkhaw at their address.
Hamilton explained she is the owner of the residence, and she houses exchange students from Green River Community College (GRCC). Hamilton went on to say
Tronsaune had been living in her residence for the past two months, along with
Inkhaw. Hamilton said Tronsaune came home at about 2330 hours on Wednesday
05/17/17 and was very intoxicated. Hamilton said Tronsaune in his bedroom crying and making comments to her and Inkhaw that he did not want to be in the United
States any longer, and was making vague statements about not wanting to be alive. Hamilton said she believed Tronsaune was not coping well with being in school and was depressed.

Tronsaune said at about 0130 hours on 05/18/17 Tronsaune said he was going to leave the residence. Hamilton said she was concerned for Tronsaune's
