I responded to 124 Trojan Way Apartment 7A in reference to a domestic call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Anthony Austin. Austin stated that we he arrived at the residence, Sanford was in his parking spot. Sanford and Austin then gets into a verbal argument and Austin stated that’s when Sanford pulled a gun and aimed it at him. Austin stated that he then walked back into his residence. Sanford was not on scene at the time of Officers arrival.
