Once we’re over the Georgia-South Carolina line, I stop at the first car dealership I can find. Trixie is still in her hooker outfit and doesn’t seem inclined to change, but I proceed with the transaction despite the frank stares. I trade the Mazda for a Lincoln MKZ. The bastards only give me five grand on the trade even though I paid nine thousand when I bought it a few weeks ago. I suppose I should haggle, but I don’t have the time or energy for it. No matter. All of the irregularities are overlooked when I pay for the car outright with the MasterCard. It takes about an hour of waiting while they detail the car and do the paperwork, so Trixie and I end up sitting around in the customer lounge waiting and ignoring each other. She is a magnet

Ms. Herring said on this date her live-in-boyfriend of 13 years, Brian Mott, battered her because there were no cigarettes in the residence. Ms. Herring said Mr. Mott yelled and cursed at her, took her HP Pavilion laptop computer from her and threw it on the ground destroying it, and then pushing her off of their front porch.
